What User likes about Filomena:
This is not a fine dining restaurant. What this place is, is that homey reliable place you go to for that home cooked fare. The place is spotless. Price point is very good and servings are generous. Taste, like I mentioned brings back that homey comfort food feeling when at home. Foreigners do not know what theyre talking about. This is a cafeteria type, self service turo turo place at the ground level of a hotel. Bu... View all feedback. What User doesn't like about Filomena:
For convenience' sake, we chose to have breakfast at Cafe Filomena. Just downstairs from our rooms at the Bethel Guest house, it offered a variety of breakfast fare to choose from in a cafeteria-like setting. The 'silog' meals at P90 are alright, but the Boneless Danggit wasn't as crispy as it should be. The fruit plates and sweet kakanin are a good addition to one's meal. read moreCafe Filomena at Bethel Guest house offers convenient and hearty breakfast options at affordable prices. While the 'silog' meals are decent, some items like the Boneless Danggit may fall short. The cafeteria-style restaurant also serves standard Filipino and continental fare, plus snacks and lunch items. Diners can enjoy a great view of the boulevard while indulging in local dishes and take-home treats. The restaurant's brewed coffee has received mixed reviews, but overall, it is a recommended spot for cheap and satisfying meals, with the bonus of a lovely seafront location.
