Had to ask for more... read more Every veggie was basically empty. I got mayo with a side of sandwich. Openly talked to me about how the early shift “messed up everything”. Had to ask for more lettuce and I didn’t bother to ask for more tomatoes cause they were none left that I could see. This wasn’t even the start of it. The guy handled my sandwich WITHOUT gloves and didn’t even properly wrap it. I had a gift card and neither of them knew how to check the balance before checkout either. Ordered today at 4:15 pm got there at 4: 40 pm and my order wasn't even started.... read more I don't know what has changed recently but online ordering has gotten terrible. Ordered today at 4:15 pm got there at 4: 40 pm and my order wasn't even started. To top that, they helped 2 walk ins before even asking me if I needed help while standing at the cashier register and pick up area. I could see someone pulled the online order since the slip was on the counter so SOMEONE was aware of it. The employee working the counter seemed unaware of it and the order wasnt even started. This has happened twice now. So much for Online Express!!! Had to wait additional time for them to finish 3 footlong subs. Only rating it a 2 because I do like subway food. Just this store in particular is really slow with Online orders now. They do not take priority at all and be prepared to walk in and have to wait because the staff haven't even started the order yet!!!
