As a devoted Subway fan, I’ve enjoyed hundreds, if not thousands, of sandwiches—usually sticking to my favorite order. However, I recently experienced the best service I’ve ever received at a Subway. I just regret not catching the employee's name because she was truly outstanding. We had a great conversation while she prepared my sandwich, and she loaded it with plenty of veggies, just the way I like it.
The service was quick and friendly. The enthusiasm of the "sandwich artist" brightened my day after a long one. Both the restroom and dining area were clean.
I've never visited a Subway where the staff appeared truly enthusiastic and happy to welcome me, but Kden was incredibly upbeat, fun, and efficient! He definitely deserves a raise!
Always looks clean. Fast services. Fresh food. Always have cookies, not like the Subway inside Walmart of Hermantown, MN. Kind staff. The only downside is this one don't have served car.
The woman who I assume is either the manager or the franchise owner is always very friendly and upbeat. The other employees are also very pleasant and happily prepare whatever you like. The store is clean and always well attended to. I'd like to see them stay open a bit later in the evening but, beyond that, you'll be very happy with your experience, I'm sure.
