The staff was friendly and efficient, even though the restaurant was quite busy. Everything was handled well. Overall, a great experience!
I think customers should be able to redeem specials in person. Places like Jimmy John's, Erbert's, Burger King, and McDonald's allow you to just scan it. Also, the sauce portions were excessive—less is definitely more. In the future, I’ll be sticking with Jimmy John's. It's frustrating that they used shredded chicken when all the photos show chunked chicken. Why is that?
When it comes to the food, it's just like any other Subway, which means it's delicious! What truly stands out at this location is how incredibly friendly the staff is. Every single time I've visited, I've been impressed by their service, and I really appreciate it.
