The owners are friendly and I love that they are show the nutrition options including what is seasonal. They have plenty of seating and it didn't take long to make them. I got the green kato drink and my mom got the pumpkin. This place is amazing and I highly recommend this place. :

She suggested the turkey avocado sandwich, and it was truly delicious. The bread, infused with cranberries, added a fantastic texture and flavor. I also tried their protein shake, which was tasty and didn’t upset my stomach as I had feared. I really hope this place stays open. From what I’ve seen, many small businesses in Duluth are having a hard time.

My top picks are the Tutti Frutti with extra energy and added protein, along with the Strawberry Cheesecake Protein Shake. My daughter is a big fan of the Blueberry Cheesecake and the Mango smoothie. I always visit whenever I have some extra cash!

The other 2 walking distance restaurant went out of business. Shake It was a walking distance away. Decide to give thema try. I had no idea what to get. Ask the young lady is there anything she recommend. She recommend the turkey avocadosandwich. Which was really good. I think the bread has cranberries (a big plus in texture and taste) protein shake was alsogood. I was a little worry the protein shake might give me stomach issue, but it didn't. Hope this place stays in business. From the the look of it. It seem like alot of small places in duluth are going out of business
