I have been going to luce for years and of course, sometimes their service is met or miss in the last 10 years. but last night was my first experience with the... read more I have been going to luce for years and of course, sometimes their service is met or miss in the last 10 years. but last night was my first experience with the late night. I went to lyft and set a pick-up order since I thought I was ready until the time my food was ready. I was wrong and had many more pickups to do. when I called both paints (to place order and let them know that I would be too late) was anna so pleasant and helpful on the phone. When I arrived to pick up my order, I see a man who can break in a mud box in the entrance and the workers rushed to help everyone. Being a sober person in a sea of drunk doesn't make fun. when I wait in the line to get my pickup, I heard the rude commentary to the workers. they did everything they could, but the customers (as drunk as those who wait) were those who hold the line. was I frustrated? yes, but it is not the fault of the hired. the man with the beer that held on the knock in me, who on the screaming about taking a box for her pizza and worker told that they were from kartons for 1 disc and they called bladder and that they were all 'high back '.and when she brought them a box that was far too big for her discs that they might 't eat 'if they were stacked on a teller so I would not have been. I asked you to calm down and you were a! anna who managed the register and the phone, you are more amazing than you ever know, and I had people in my car in the night. at least they were apologetic.

We had the... read more The only place we could find open still serving food last night at 10 pm, and so glad we ended up here! Service was great, good beer selection, too. We had the artichoke dip, the baked potato pizza, and the margherita pizza. Everything was incredible, but I'll dream about that baked potato pizza. We got leftovers back to our hotel, and the box wouldn't fit in the fridge in our room, total bummer!
