I donated the sandwich to a random pers... read more They made my sandwich wrong so they made me another one that was half the size gave me a box to keep the wrong sandwich. I donated the sandwich to a random person on the side of the road. I appreciate that they didn't take the sandwich back and throw it away because I absolutely hate wasting food and feel horrible when people mess up my order and then food has to get wasted. Anyways only four stars because I got the pick two and the sandwich is already a half sandwich so the size of the bread I put it on top of the wrong sandwich and it was literally a quarter sandwich the one that they made as a remake for me. I don't eat that much so I don't really care but I feel like as a business model that's not a good idea considering how much it cost for a half sandwich especially when it became a quarter sandwich.

Love how I try to order twice on DoorDash and it will be canceled and refunded immediately, and then it will be mysterious again?closed?at 17:00 on Tuesday. Just wow. Thanks for doing your role to ruin my boys. Hope karma treats you as well.

My favorite meal consists of steel-cut oats with strawberries, a blueberry bagel with cream cheese, and a cup of hazelnut coffee. Everything is simply delicious!

However, when I got home and was ready to eat, I discovered... read more I placed an online order for pickup, choosing broccoli cheese soup and mac and cheese with broccoli. However, when I got home and was ready to eat, I discovered that my bag contained chicken wild rice soup and plain mac and cheese instead. This completely ruined my dinner. I tried calling the restaurant, but the automated system told me to hold on for a transfer. After waiting for 2 and a half minutes, I was disconnected. It's been about an hour since I started trying to reach them, and I still haven't been able to speak with anyone.

It wasn't just that the tables needed to be cleared; the floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed in at least three months. The bathroom floor likely hadn't been cleaned in even longer. Before I noticed any of this or received my cold soup, I was asked at the register if I wanted to leave a tip. I really wish they had asked me that before I left, especially since I generously gave a tip. Unfortunately, they did not earn it. The food was cold, and the place was dirty. While the staff were all friendly, no one seemed to be cleaning anything. 10/23/22
