Contribute FeedbackOld Chicago in Owatonna has become a tradition for the Robotics Team, a post-inspection ritual. However, the experience was not so pleasant for some other diners. A reservation mishap on Christmas Eve caused major disappointment. Problems with service and food delays were also noted, although Tyler stood out for his exceptional service. On the positive side, the food received praise, particularly the fried pickles and Old Chicago animal pizza. Despite some service hiccups, Old Chicago remains a place to enjoy beer, pizza, and appetizers, although improvements in efficiency and customer service would be welcomed.
We always have great food and they have a great beer selection. The service is excellent too

I made a reservation on open table for my family and we got there and they were closed. It was Christmas Eve at and I understand the restaurant being closed but don’t allow reservations and say you’re going to be open if you’re closed! We had our year old and of us and it was a production to get there to find out we had to turn around and then I had no dinner for anyone
This is a tradition now for the Owatonna Robotics Team. The kids just expect after years that we will eat at Old Chicago on Thursday night after we have spent a day of getting inspected and practicing at the Northern Lights Regional
Service was a bit slow, was a game night so I expected lack in attentive service. Overall was good, drinks too pricey though
