I paid more here than I wo... read more This place is awful, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. It’s ridiculously expensive, and both the food and service were terrible. I paid more here than I would have at a nice sit-down restaurant. I ordered two family bundle meals, and almost everything was wrong. The food wasn’t good at all. I didn’t receive any dipping sauces with the 12 chicken strips I ordered, which is absurd—who wants to eat chicken strips without sauce? Not me. Also, three out of the four sides were wrong; I ordered a variety, but all four were mashed potatoes and gravy. To make matters worse, the food arrived cold and tasted awful. Since I ordered through delivery, by the time I realized the order was completely wrong, KFC was closed, so we were stuck with it. I did contact them through the app and got an $11 credit, but considering I paid $100, I’m very upset with how they handled it. I will never order from KFC again and strongly advise others to avoid it. With their high prices, you could dine at a nice restaurant and spend less. If I could give zero stars, I would.

Several customers, including me, had missing or incorrect items in our orders, and none of us received a receipt to confirm our purchases. Additionally, the lobby is supposed to close at 9, but they locked the front doors around 7:40.

They know they don’t have enough side dishes available but still charge full price for a nearly empty plastic container. I usually don’t like to complain, but this situation is simply unacceptable. When I called to express my concerns, I was told to reach out to customer service, with no apology given. The staff member seemed more focused on getting me off the phone quickly than addressing my issue. There’s a real lack of professionalism here. I'm truly frustrated!
