Amazing staff providing fantastic products!
The iced coffee was fantastic, and the donuts were incredible! I'm so thrilled that Dunkin’ is making a comeback in Minnesota!
I work at Animal Allies, and every Wednesday, I stop by the drive-thru to grab some coffee and showcase the shelter pet I'm bringing along with me for our TV segment. The staff is always enthusiastic to meet our new furry friend each week, and they consistently go above and beyond to deliver excellent service to me and the animal I have with me. The dogs often receive a little snack with my order, which is a nice touch. I always look forward to my weekly visit, and I’m never disappointed because of their quick and friendly service!
Found a good breakfast sandwich! Croissant bacon egg and cheese
To my surprise, the store manager answered my call and wanted to make things right. She even took the time to drive across town to personally deliver a new breakfast sandwich to me. This gesture was well beyond anything I could have anticipated and truly touched me. She definitely didn’t have to go that extra mile, but her actions showed that this Dunkin' is run by someone who genuinely cares about their customers. As someone with multiple dietary restrictions and allergies, this meant a lot to me. I felt it was important to share this experience not only to express my immense gratitude to the store but also to let others know just how outstanding this location is. Thank you!!!
