The staff are all under age... read more I love Culver's it's one of my favorite spots, but several times over the staffing issues in the drive through have been very poor. The staff are all under age high schoolers that 70% of the time get the orders wrong and honestly it's been a gamble if I'd even get my order or some random thing. I've listed the items twice over in the drive through and they'd repeat it back and still get it wrong. I understand it's busy, but you'd think being quick meant getting the order done right the first time?

It came with tomatoes, lettuce, pickles, and relishes, all of which complemented the delicious cheese patty perfectly. The custard was also excellent. The Duluth location was easy to access from Highway 53. The restrooms were clean, and the staff wore masks and were very courteous. They made sure to clean the tables between customers, which is especially important during this COVID-19 era. I definitely plan to return in the future!

Sat in the drive thru for over a half hour with only 3 cars in front of us and then it took the girl over 10 minutes to even acknowledge us only to make us wait... read more Sat in the drive thru for over a half hour with only 3 cars in front of us and then it took the girl over 10 minutes to even acknowledge us only to make us wait another 10 minutes before actually being willing to take our order. The lobby was locked over two hours early so no one could even go inside to order. Then the person was either extremely new at their job or inept at it for as long as it took to give them our order. (I get if they are new, but otherwise it was horrible service!!!

I'm sure they are shorthanded just like every other place nowadays.

As someone from New England, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavor, which was notably better than what I'm accustomed to, particularly for a fast food place. The restaurant itself was very clean, and the service was prompt.
