Burger King - Duluth

Eating was good I guess, but people were really rude here, we were cut off after every sentence when tried to order, and then we got no ranch that we asked when we went back and asked that a man opened the window and then said nothing and gave us the sauce and then slammed the window.

I've been to a lot of Burger Kings and this one easily has the worst customer service/food quality that I've seen, staff is usually rude. Food is sloppily put together and orders are often wrong, avoid unless it's the only thing open at the time.

Went in to the lobby at around 1-2 on a Monday afternoon 3 weeks in a row and it was closed. The 3rd time I actually saw an employee and asked when they have their lobby open and was told they're short staffed but I could walk through the drive-thru. Excuse me? Why does your online info say your lobby is open? Why would anyone feel safe walking through a drive-thru? When someone pulls in behind me starts honking, and gets mad at me for standing in the drive-thru, I dont expect the BK staff to have my back if theyre so shorthanded they cant ring me up at a POS in the lobby that's 10 feet from their drive-thru window.

So I have gone here multiple times. The only time I have had a good experience is in the morning. I go there more often for lunch or dinner. The crew at those times can be rude. Sometimes even shortening items like 3 chicken fries when it was supposed to be 9. The burgers are decent and cooks take time to get modified items right, it seems more of front line being rude. Wish it was better.

Absolute ride and disrespectful service! Asked for zesty sauce for 2 orders. They gave us 2. When we asked for more, he said theres already 2 we said yeah, that 's not enough he says well that 's all I can give you. That 's all you get we asked why cant we have more? He said well I can give you more if I charge you $0.20 each he gave is attitude and blank stares the entire time. I have never been to a Burger King where they have to charge for more sauce. And already paid $20 for 2 meals and you cant give more freaking zesty saice?!?! And then to open both up be well beyond expired!
