I recently purchased a taro bubble tea from this restaurant and it was the worst bubble tea I have ever had. It was extremely watery and it was clear that they were very stingy with their ingredients. I would recommend avoiding this place. View all feedback.
Wonderful service. Delicious breakfast burrito. Iced coffee hit the spot. Will stop here every time we go thru Dulce!
If you have an hour to kill before you get your order.. it's the perfect place to be to not get an order with in time frame.. Under staff..
