Cowfish Burgers & Sushi - Duitama

Their burgers are probably the best round, pleasant atmosphere and ok service make them back and forth. the sushi leaves much to be desired. it is very well presented, but it will not fulfill a good sushi knowr.

The website has a very good portfolio of foods, the only problem is that I could not find corona beer, great attention

I researched the restaurants in the Paipa/Duitama area ahead of a planned trip for the Xmas holidays. This one stood out as a place that looked intriguing for the combination of burgers and sushi. I was a little skeptical but the reviews were good so...we made a point of visiting the first night in the area. We shared a mixed plate of sushi and a Teriyaki burger with fries ! Wow !! All very tasty, freshly prepared and great homemade sauces alioli and chile Thai. They have a nice covered terrace or indoor seating so lunch or dinner both work as far as the weather is concerned. The very friendly owner came over to speak with us and also helped me connect my WiFi. This place is a must visit in Duitama ! I hope they open one in Tunja or Villa de Leyva.

Deliciosa la comida, el fuerte en definitiva son las hamburguesas, el sushi no es su fuerte. Buen precio buen tamaño.
