The process is the same as other Mongolian joints. You fill a bowl with stuff meat, veg, seasonings), pick a sauce and the cook guys stir fry it for you. If you don 't like it, well...you made it! Where Mongo really shines is the HUGE amount of ingredients available at least 15 kinds of protein from turkey, beef or shrimp to the more unusual like liver, rabbit or octopus. The sauces offer something for everyone from mild to spicy be aware that spicy here is not Asian spicy. If you really want it hot they will happily bring you a dish of chili paste. Pricing depends of if you want one bowl or unlimited trips to the food bar. Our server was really friendly and efficient, even with a group of 30!
