You fill a bowl with stuff meat, veg, seasonings), pick a sauce and the cook guys stir fry it for you. If you don 't like it, well...you made it! Where Mongo really shines is the HUGE amount of ingredients available at least 15 kinds of protein from turkey, beef or shrimp to the more unusual like liver, rabbit or octopus.
