Supplier simply moved away and unfriendly. Supplier Stands wrong house number. Hotline service very bad and unfriendly. No feedback for 8 days. Well waited for 2 months and simply canceled without delivery, although it is special order. View all feedback.
I was at ikea in duisburg today and wanted to buy a large wardrobe. I was advised by tanja w. some parts were not in stock. she took care of herself. I felt well advised. Keep going!
Unfriendly customer service. buy regularly there. once lost the kassenbon and wanted to exchange a rule for another. have submitted the account extract documenting the debit. unfortunately not possible! customer-unfriendly. that is, unfortunately, as with other institutions too. the idea is super but the ones who implement this unfortunately almost never!

I need the package dimensions for self-releasing. they are not available online and now they try the online contact. there is no online form for this. but if they have filled everything well, they will notice that only registered IKEA users or owners with familycard can use it. the attempt simply by phone after the phone search showed that the telephone number is a fax machine! this allows them to entice themselves completely against customers; free after motto: analog contact costs personal time, whether corona. and the personal time for a customer is not at all!
