Last Thursday there were catastrophic circumstances. 40 minutes had to wait until the food was ready; Tables completely dirty and a boss who verbally attacked his employees before the customer. The food was also quite lukewarm, everything I can recommend. My complaint was not received at all, but simply addressed to the door. There's a star because I can't forgive 0 stars.

Actually, we just wanted to go to another café a few meters. But there was so much operation that we decided to make this café. The café is very easy to reach from the main railway station on foot. By car it is also possible to park in Bismarckstraße, but rarely is really a free place to find. Once you arrive at the café, you can choose the right place in the shop or in front of the café among many different small villages. Unfortunately, the prices indicated there are only described for taking. If you want to sit down and drink a coffee and a piece of cake, it costs extra. Not that I am against the fact that you want to calculate something for service, but that at the end of each piece has a not inconsiderable additional fee, which was then not favorable for us to think that we want to sit here again. The taste of the little cake pieces is ok. But you must also like the extreme sugar content. The staff was friendly, but not so attentive. Nobody came to us and asked if we wanted something extra. Cleanliness was acceptable, but could have been a bit better. I like the atmosphere in other cafés better.

As soon as it was said in the advertisement: the smaller, the more often this seems to be the case in the Metropol Café. These little cakes appeared to me during my first visit, but then I felt the feeling of delicious ice cream, which is also offered. The ice was a bit more expensive than I would give, but it was really worth it. How expensive it was, I can't say anymore, I do it occasionally. In any case, it was more than € 1.20. The Metropol Café is located near Düsseldorf Main Station. Seats are both inside and in good weather outside, some of which were also used. Depending on when I got there, I was better able to communicate less. This is because the majority of employees are Greek. This should not be an accusation, but it led to chaotic conditions on site and slight confusion with me. In a café with service you can expect that there are no misunderstandings if you order something and hand the right thing... It was only after a while. As you can see, the small villages look really tasty, but also here it comes to the inner values; Too bad I found that with each of the products I ordered it only had to ask what is hidden behind it. This was an interesting journey of discovery that ended unlike expected. Already at the first visit I discovered the small calorie bombs available in 2 different sizes. This time I chose the little ones. I just wanted those with caramel and those with the raspberries. You should cost € 1.20 each, which is comparatively cheap! With a sugar-sweet smile I was informed if I would buy another 2 pieces, there is the whole for 6 €, so it would be a piece accordingly! I'm not saying no, D, because I didn't say anything about a kind of mess. The last variety I chose was the one with cherries. For transport, he was packed into the cardboard exposed here. So it was easy to transport home. It's been a lot of trouble not catching her alone, so I waited for my treasure at night. Only then were they taken to the test. Look is one, but our poor teeth. Not everything that looks delicious can be described as such. The craftsmen had nothing to do with it, but the amount of sugar that was annoying between the teeth: . I had to say from a Greek that it used many of this ingredient. Too bad it had to be in the exaggerated crowd! Usually I am the one who has something to bring out when we try new specialties locals, but this time we almost said that you can only call it a plomb tractor. Every dentist is happy about it. Too bad there is such a big difference between ice and turtle! After consulting with my partner, you get the following points: ice 4 stars of me alone. The service is really expandable, so 3 stars, but the cakes are presented with us. The optics is worth us good 2 stars.
