KFC - Düsseldorf

You gotta love KFC and this site is no exception! We ordered chicken burgers, chips and cola, Fanta and lemonade. All served up quickly, piping hot and ready to eat within moments. Brilliant.

A few days after the opening, the staff was not yet played and some workflows did not yet run perfectly. but the very friendly staff managed to master the situation and the stay became a pleasure. the "Boss-Burger" (only meat!) is replaced by chicken meat!) was then a little too much for the good. but still very tasty.

Yesterday I ordered the house delivery fried huh. it was the worst kfc I've ever tried. it went straight into the müll. after the first bite came a odor from the hull. the same smell that lets the people throw the hull in me... instead of cooking it because it has expired. very dissapointed with kfc düsseldorf. I have tried kfc in many countries and the quality is much better than this: they also think that I paid 20 euro for this food.

This kfc is average quality. it is not bad, but it has easy to do improvements. first the person behind the counter did not accept anyone to order there, but sent them to the electronic machine. that's fair, bit, if someone. Dry for 10 minutes and are not able to find out how to pay and they go to the counter a second time to explain this and no one even hears, then the customer service is no longer. the food was of mixed quality, some pieces were really nice, tender and juicy and others were bone dry. the fried were also cold and soggy. not the best experience for such a chain.
