a real wood stove is a good sign for a good, authentic Italian pizza. the waiting time is normal, after all you get a fresh pizza. many years ago, I was here last time in the sorriso when I had school close by. Ausgezeichneter Service, hervorragende Küche, schönes Ambiente im Restaurant.
Ich war zum ersten Mal dort und auch zum letzten Mal. Das Personal ist freundlich, arbeitet aber sehr langsam; man wartet lange, um bestellen zu können, und noch länger, bis die Getränke kommen. Der Chef scheint nicht viel von Arbeit zu verstehen und die Begrüßung fehlt, da er sich nur um Stammgäste kümmert. Die Pizza ist in Ordnung, leider etwas zu wenig belegt, aber gut gebacken.
Leider wegen Corona zu. Aber: dieses ist ein echtes Italienisches Restaurant mit einem echten Napoletanischen Pizzaiolo! Seinesgleichen gesucht. Hoffentlich kann es bald wieder öffnen!! Wir werden wider regelmässig hingehen und geniessen!
