I ate there on Monday, December 19, 2022, and experienced food poisoning within 12 hours. I have eaten there before without any issues, but this time something went wrong. I only ate from there and nowhere else, so it is clear where the issue came from. It was concerning to see uncooked joints of pork lying in a shopping trolley next to the counter when I was there.

While the young girls working there were lovely and polite, we were unhappy with the quality of service we received. My partner requested a generous amount of cheese and beans on our potatoes, as that is how we prefer it, but one staff member responded with, "There's more than enough on there." When my partner offered to pay for extra toppings, the staff member continued to be rude, stating, "You can pay me extra, but I won't put any more on there" and "You asked for more last time and I didn't add any." We always enjoy the food at this restaurant, but this experience left us feeling very dissatisfied. I have always believed in the importance of giving the customer what they want, as the customer is always right.

It was made with pork, stuffing, and gravy on crusty bread and tasted heavenly. I would definitely recommend it to others. I think adding fries to the menu would be a great idea. The seating area is small but the staff were lovely and professional. I already know what I'll be ordering on my next visit.

The hamburger is juicy, delicious and of large portion, you can add what you like mayo, ketchup, lattice, pickles..ect the French fries is French and of generous portion as well. The have only refillable softdrinks, NO ICED TEA . The staff were super nice, the restaurant has enough seating to handle many customers at the same time. I recommend this restaurant for hamburger lovers, it is much similar to the branches in the states except the ICED TEA .
