I '... read more Tried getting a sub last night. Got in line behind 2 other people ordering. The guy looked at us and in an loud, irritated, and rude demeanor said, Really?! I 'm trying to get stuff done. Then continued to mumble some more under his breath. We just left as we could go elsewhere for food.Should probably get rid of that guy as he clearly doesn 't want to be there anyway. So you can figure out who he is as I didn 't catch a name, he was the only one working (at the casino location in Dubuque) Oct. 1, 2022 at 11:15 pm.

Second, the employees like to hide in the back where they have no clue if there is a customer who wants a sandwich. After several minutes, I had to knock on the counter and yelled asking if there was anybody working. It was a couple more minutes before she came out front.
