Stopped in for drinks after dinner. Nice selection of beers including some craft beers on tap. They did have food available be we had just ate.
Nice local bar. Very friendly staff and people. The girl with the glasses bartender is very beautiful and cheerful. Had a peach beer that was surprisingly good. Always hear how they have the best pizza. Got a pool. Large bathroom that is very bright. Altogether a good place.
I had a fun time at the venue with the male dancers. The bartenders were fantastic! They handled the lively crowd effortlessly. The dancers were also impressive!
Been going here for over 25 years. Love the atmosphere and staff. The food is amazing!

Wonderful drinks and a lively atmosphere! I really enjoy playing pool or throwing darts while sipping on my favorite beverages.
Accidentally found this hidden gem while traveling through Dubuque and needed a lunch stop. Surprisingly extensive menu and everything was delicious! Try one of several made to order burger specials. Forget the chain restaurants....eat at Knickers!
During my stay at the Grand Harbor Resort, I found myself looking for a late-night snack and decided to go for pizza. I was pleasantly surprised by the warm and sincere welcome from the bartender, who clearly knew all of her regulars and recognized that I was new to the area. The pizza I ordered arrived hot and fresh from the oven, and I appreciated that they weren't stingy with the cheese. It was hearty and satisfying, not flimsy and thin like some pizzas can be. The crust had just the right heft to pair perfectly with the 'Patron' I ordered. Overall, I enjoyed great pizza, met wonderful people, and received excellent service.
We visited this restaurant for lunch on Christmas Day, and it was our first time there. We ordered the 14-inch meat lovers pizza, and it was absolutely packed with meat and cheese—probably 3 inches deep, not including the crust! It was incredibly delicious and so filling that we could only manage to eat two slices each. They offer a variety of items, including breakfast pizzas, garlic bread, appetizers, burgers, fries, onion rings, and much more. The tables were nicely spaced apart, providing a comfortable atmosphere. Because it was a holiday, there was only one employee managing the entire place, but he was friendly, and our food arrived in about 15 minutes. I highly recommend Knicker's!
