Was Gerald at Devour Cafe a mag?
I’m sorry to say they were unable to mange a morning rush and didn’t have enough food to accommodate us for brunch. The manager apologized profusely and even offered to go purchase the ingredients but I don’t believe he had anyone else to cover the front counter. I can’t rate the food but the atmosphere seemed nice and the house coffee was great. View all feedback.

Wow, I was wrong about the best tacos in Dubuque! I ordered the chicken tacos to go, and they were fantastic. The presentation was lovely, the flavors were spot-on, and the freshness of the ingredients made my taste buds come alive! This place also offers excellent customer service and a warm atmosphere. I can't wait to explore more items on the menu! A big thank you to Briana Thompson for recommending this amazing restaurant!
This is my second visit, and I would give it 10 stars if I could! The food is outstanding. I ordered the croswandwich, and the pastries are absolutely heavenly—they practically melt in your mouth. Each dish is crafted by hand. The atmosphere has a charming antique and Victorian feel. You definitely don't want to miss this place!
This was our absolute favorite restaurant during our time in Dubuque! The owner is incredibly knowledgeable, whether it’s about coffee beans or roasted red cabbage. His passion for providing a great experience was evident as he offered us recommendations and paid careful attention to detail. Our meals were both intricate and delicious, and we enjoyed them in a warm and inviting atmosphere. We wish we could visit every week!
We visited for an event and stopped by. Owners are very friendly and treated all guests like friends/family. This is clearly a local favorite. The atmosphere is trendy and modern. They incorporate plants and vintage items into their decor, which made the place feel cozy. The food is fantastic. They sold out of some breakfast food items by 11:30am so we went with the carnitas tacos, and they were SO tasty and fresh. We usually grab and go with our food and beverages, but we were glad we stayed a bit.

They have the best Blended custom coffee I have found in town, also a great place to get a healthy lunch or breakfast
Don’t know what took me so long to try this place, but am so glad I finally did. The Americano was perfect. The owner was very friendly and had whipped up some out-of-this-world breakfast soufflé, and to top it off, his adorable dog sat on his velvet loveseat throne all morning. I didn’t want to leave. I’ve found my new happy place.
