Smoke-n-sauce Bbq By Twisted Vine Winery

BBQ is my overall favorite food and I've been to many places in the North as well as the South. This place is located in plaza shopping center and originally a winery that added a BBQ restaurant. The ribs, pulled pork and brisket as well as the mac n cheese and baked beans are in my top 5 of the hundreds of places I've eaten. Michelle, the manager was also very knowledgeable about everything happening there. I highly recommend this place!

We went to Smoke-n-Sauce for the first time today. We had the brisket which was very good and the smoked pulled chicken which was excellent .... the best in the Tricounty area and I eat at all of the BBQ restaurants here. While we were talking with the proprietors who are very nice and helpful we sampled their smoked cheese ... it is incredible ..... we bought a pound of it and also sampled the cranberry wine and bought a bottle of it. This is the best BBQ in DuBois, otherwise you need to drive 30 miles to Brookville. We'll be going back to try the ribs and other entrees. One thing I really like is that you can buy wine by the glass or bottle to go with dinner ... or I'm thinking of finding good pairings of wine and smoked cheeses! We'll definitely be headed back again soon.

I stopped here last week and it's just awful. It was just so gross. They claimed my order done before I had even finished placing my to go. No one at home would even eat it. I was going to call but fig it was a waste of time. I do not recommend this place. If I was you I rethink your business cause I can't believe you serve the public that. Awful and for price you think your getting decent food. The ribs were cold greasy and just so awful there was more foil wrapped around it then ribs, coleslaw tasted like straight vinegar seriously straight vinegar. Oh hell no, it's really bad and I usually don't have bad thing s to say about places but I don't want anyone else going through what I did and wasting all that money to literally throw in garbage. Unfortunately I can't rate lower then one star but you guys don't even deserve the one star, no stars
