animated time of the year, so we booked the week and sat on the enclosed terrace. I have a little loud and sitting was a little unpleasant. but the same great service and eat that they expect from cm! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about The Avenue Dublin:
Reservations at 5:45 on a Friday. Seated immediately at wobbly two top table, bench/booth on one side, chair on the other, tight between tables, zero sense of privacy. Servers had to shuffle between tables. Food was fine, but for the overall cost $225) for 2 drinks but no dessert) ambiance should have been better. Did not feel like we got our money’s worth. We sat in the covered outdoor area, and when we arrived, it was so loud that we could hardly overlook our friends or the server. They also had the ceiling fans on full explosion and it felt like we were in a windstorm.
Matty our waiter was phenomenal he spaced out our meal with perfection . We had steak and salmon both exceptionally done. If you are looking for a 5 star restaurant yet casual atmosphere then check out The Avenue Dublin
Just way to noisy. Isn’t there something that can be done about the acoustics?
There were four of us for dinner. Drink arrivals were a little slow and not correct the first go around. The atmosphere is somewhat loud, but not overwhelming. I had the scallops. They were rather disappointing given the price. The other members of our party thought their meals were wonderful. Overall, we had a very good time.
Business dinner good food great environment and guests from out of town (SF, LA, Indy) were impressed
