Terrible! I ordered a new chicken and scrambled egg breakfast sandwich on ciabatta. I took the small sandwich out of the wrapper and all I saw was bread! Terrible! I ordered a new chicken and scrambled egg breakfast sandwich on ciabatta. I took the small sandwich out of the wrapper and all I saw was bread! I used to enjoy Panera, however like many places,employees just don't care. The prices have become ridiculous. I will never go back to a Panera! Bad experiences at otherlocations.
I absolutely adore their chili, it is incredibly comforting!
The sandwhich was made terribly. Ordered my son a grilled cheese and was headed home to eat with him. His sandwich had half a brick of cheese and 3 or 4 bacon bits. See pics. That was $3 extra worth of bacon.
I placed an order for curbside pickup at 2 pm but had to wait until 2:30 with no one coming out to bring my food. When I called, the phone would ring through the automated system a few times and then hang up. Because of this, I had to go inside to get my order, leaving my dogs in the car on a hot day. I will not be returning to Pantera again.
I ordered the family breakfast with 4 beverages. A waitress accused me of trying to take the beverage cups for free. Despite showing her my receipt on my phone to prove that I had already paid, she continued to claim that I had taken more than I paid for. I had to physically show her all of my orders on my phone before she finally backed off, without even apologizing. Her attitude completely ruined our weekend family breakfast. Someone needs to train her on how to better handle situations when she feels suspicious of customers.
