The food here is fresh and cooked right in front of you! You have beef, shrimp and chicken options. I've always enjoyed eating here and coming for more. The food is savory and the portions are good for the price. View all feedback.

The employees, specifically the cooks were very rude. They spent most of the time playing with each other. They kept touching each other, which is not clean nor safe according to COVID regulations. Amazing food! The food has so much flavor and you get a huge portion! I always have the shrimp teriyaki it's better than some restaurants! If you like this type of food I definitely recommend Nori Japan!!
Great service. Great Food. Fair price!! Not to mention it 's FRESH!! You can literally watch the food being made, and although it 's no Genjis or House Japan for the price and quality it 's definitely worth the few minute wait in order to experience that within a fast food environment!! Portion wise, I personally was able to eat half and had the other half to take home for a later time!!
Had lunch at Nori Japan today. I was already headed toward it when a girl squeaked for me to try a sample of the teryaki chicken. It was better than I expected! The food was pretty good. The service was fine, if a little slow at delivering the actual meal. This is because they're making the food fresh to meet customer demand. It was worth the wait! Price was reasonable. I give Nori Japan an above average rating, especially for a mall food court.

When I asked for a bag, I looked away to make sure my niece was was okay and instead of just placing the bag down, the employee shook it at me. I explained to him that it was rude to shake the bag at me. He and the other cook decided to laugh. So, I asked for a refund. I was given a refund, but the woman who worked at the register didn’t care. It was completely rude. I won’t be going back!
Overall the food was average however I noticed the cook uses the same spoon for cooking raw chicken and scooping up the cooked chicken for plating. I’m very much concerned about the cross contamination...we only realized it after we had paid and received our meal
