Kyoto Japanese Steak House - Dublin

One of my favorites! They make the best buckeye roll in the city. Also one of the few places I can order Tuna Steak-cooked to perfection! Dining in is always fun with the entire hibachi chef experience, but every delivery order is absolutely delicious!

The portions were surprisingly small. The chicken was dry and tough. Additionally, two out of three egg yolk sauces were burnt and grainy.

The sashimi seemed like it was a day old in both appearance and taste, making it difficult to finish. The yum yum sauce had a flavor reminiscent of vinegar and water, while the ginger salad dressing was very diluted and lacked any real flavor. This marks the third time we've encountered problems, so we won't be ordering from here or returning again.

Everything was delicious! Although the to-go box made the crunchy items lose their crispness, overall, everything had great flavor. The gyoza were especially tasty!

Salad dressing watered down, overall lackluster taste in rice and vegetables, yum yum sauce watered down. In return the steak was of good quality. Overall, though, would not order from here again. Maybe my expectations were too high first time eating from this restaurant. Your mileage may vary, as they say!
