I have always loved Coldstone. They are getting harder to find near home unfortunately. Friendly staff here and as usual, the ice cream was great!
I've always loved Cold Stone, but unfortunately, they're becoming harder to find near my home. The staff here was friendly, and as always, the experience was excellent!
The restaurant is consistently clean and offers delicious ice cream. The portions are generous, and the prices are reasonable.
I was very frustrated during my visit when I stopped by to buy an ice cream cake from the display case. No one greeted me upon entering, and there was no staff in sight. Another mother and her daughter were also waiting there. I called out "hello" since I could hear someone in the back, but no one came to assist me. I waited for about 10 minutes, and still, no one appeared at the front. In my opinion, if you are open and have customers, there should be employees available on the floor. You've lost me as a customer.
