always frustrating. they never have anything in stock, from chips to cheese, to rice. very frustrating that i wait 20 minutes for them to have little to nothing. they put nothing in the bowl and when i ask if that’s all they charge me for a double even tho i got one piece of chicken in the first scoop. Place was absolutely filthy Food was cold and picked it up just as they placed it onto the pickup shelf. It seems that quality of the food at Chipotle had declined significantly. The experience at this location was bad enough for me to delete my account and decide to never return to any of the Chipotle restaurants.

I ordered a steak bowl online and this is what I got. I am usually not one to complain or write reviews but this absolutely absurd.
If I could give 0 stars I would. This location is rude and disgusting. The manager went back and forth with me over asking for 2-3 more vinegarettes after ordering 4 bowls in total and only giving me 1. 2 of my bowls were salads and 2 were not. I understand that people that are not ordering salads are not supposed to receive one but if I ask for 2-3, why would you refuse to give it to the paying customer? I even offered to pay for one and they still refused. Every time I go to this location they are always out of something, busy or not.
I’ve been to some haggard chipotles in my time, but this one takes the cake for being the worst! Good job guys!!
