Chipotle Mexican Grill - Dublin

For vegetarian it is difficult to jump meat or chicken pieces in white rice or brown rice vessels when they try to pack quickly. otherwise it is good and neat.

I ordered several times from here by door dash. my job has never been right. not my last order was a bowl with barbacoa, black beans, cheese, gauc, sour cream, mild salsa mais salsa. from the 7 ingredients it had 2. the bowl was empty in the round. Finally, the lid was not so far so that the fat from the meat was placed through the paper bag and on my turmat where it was placed by that. I had to throw the turret away because my dog won't stop licking it. look at the picture of my bowl. that was taken at the arrival. I had no bite!

This location is great for starting out, but our experience with five pickup orders was disappointing. Four out of five orders had incorrect dishes and lacked clear instructions. While we love the franchise, we will be taking our business elsewhere until this location improves its management and service standards. It is unfortunate to leave this review, but the lack of consistency in food preparation and service is concerning. The employees at this location need better training and supervision to ensure a better customer experience.

I ordered a bowl and requested to have the corn separated in a cup instead of directly in the bowl. They charged me an extra $1.50 for just half a cup of corn. I would have understood if they had given me more corn in my bowl and the extra corn on the side, but that was not the case. Additionally, when they charge customers $1.50 extra, they should at least fill the corn cup completely as shown in the picture. The area where they prepare the bowls and burritos was not clean and appeared dirty.

I have previously posted a review for another Chipotle location, but that is because my family eats at Chipotle too frequently. The accuracy of mobile orders at Chipotle can vary, depending on the location. The closest one to me always gets it right. However, when I order from this particular Chipotle, sometimes items are missing or the portions are smaller. It seems like they don't really care at some locations. Despite these inconsistencies, we still love and frequent Chipotle, perhaps more than we should. This location is just average, not the worst. It's not a glowing review, but it's the best I can give for this particular Chipotle.
