We ordered and paid for items that were not even included on the receipt when we inquired about it. Additionally, three other items that we had paid for were not packed with our order. While the food itself was acceptable, the service was extremely disappointing. We ended up paying $14 for food we never received. Unfortunately, we likely won't be returning.

And even when it is, it's a simple mistake that is handle without drama. I have noticed that there have been several times now recently that the walk up window has been closed. I'm not sure why but it is frustrating bc we prefer to order at the walkup instead of burning gas using the drive thru. We hope whatever issue is causing this is quickly handled so we can get back to visiting.
