Barry Bagels Dublin

I was in the area this past week and decided to give this location another try. There was no friendly greeting and the girl who served me obviously hates her job. There was another young girl who smiled and asked if I'd been helped which was nice. The unfriendly girl also put cream cheese on just one side of the bagel and they used to put it on both. When I went to pay I asked older lady if she could look up my account by phone number and of course she said no I had to download the app LOL. Later in the week I tried the Westerville location and what a difference in a very good way! There were several smiling friendly workers, the lighting is brighter and there were also customers inside. And they put cream cheese on both sides of the bagel without me asking. The Dublin location sadly is such a downer. When in Dublin I continue to happily choose Bruegger's Bagels, but if in the Westerville area I'm happy to go to Barry's Bagels.

I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and the person who made it randomly got mad at me for no reason. The person standing behind me in line also said “man, she got really mad at you for no reason. I didn’t even know what you did.” I was over the top polite the entire time and said “please” and “thank you” every chance I got. She also didn’t fill my large coffee up all the way. This photo is what it looked like after I added 2 cream. Was afraid to ask her to put in the rest of the coffee I ordered because of her unwarranted attitude towards me. If you’re going to charge $3.00 for a coffee, it should be filled properly. This was an awful lunch and and awful experience that I did not deserve. Was once again nothing but polite the entire time. Last time I came here, they have no indication that ordering cheese cost extra too, so this time I didn’t get cheese. Looked for any indication in the store or on the menu that cheese costs extra. Didn’t see any evidence or indication that it does. All I saw was a sign that promotes which types of cheeses they have.

I love going here to get my salt bagels, the BLT is so good, they pile on the bacon too. ? I also love the honey cream cheese and egg salad. They are always friendly and food is fresh.Parking: Great, up close parking.

Just... not a garlic bagel. The flavor is so bland. Not good in my opinion.

I'm from New York and NJ, and this place is a score for me. Really good bagels and the coffee is good too. Bought some of the cream cheese too...was great. The staff were are very friendly. Very much appreciate that, thank you.Food: 5/5
