Arby's - Dublin
Arby's
Description
This Arby's serves the familiar, satisfying sandwiches—standouts like the Meat Mountain deliver big portions and good value—but experiences are uneven. Guests praise the menu and occasional friendly service, yet recurring problems include long drive‑thru or lobby waits, cold or greasy items, wrong fries, and cleanliness lapses. When staff are attentive, meals hit the mark; when they’re not, slow service and order mistakes spoil the visit. Come for reliable Arby's flavors, but allow extra time and lower expectations for consistency.

I ordered the bacon cheeseburger, and it was the worst burger I’ve ever had. It cost me $8.85, and honestly, I would have preferred a peanut butter sandwich, even though I'm not a fan of peanut butter.
I enjoy dining at Arby's, and if you visit this location, the food will taste just as it does at other Arby's restaurants. However, I always find that it takes a long time for them to prepare the food. I ordered the Beef and Cheddar combo, and it took 30 minutes to receive it. I really hope they can enhance their service speed because I genuinely like this restaurant.
I went to order the new Good Burger meal, and they asked me to pull up while they prepared my food. I ended up waiting in my car for 20 minutes. Eventually, I got out and went into the lobby, where the manager seemed surprised to see me just sitting there. He handed me my food, but it was cold. I requested a refund, but he insisted on cooking me a fresh meal instead. After all that, they still gave me the wrong fries. The meal comes with crinkle fries, not curly fries. At that point, I was just done.
Was hoping for a fresh hot meal, seeing as how we were the only inside customers, and the drive-thru was not busy at all. I ordered the New Game Burger meal Large, and even specifically said, I wanted fresh hot curly fries with my meal. I also ordered 2 of the 6pc wings (one Hot Honey Mustard and one Buffalo). My wife ordered her usual #1 Large with curly fries as well. Here's where the problems started:1. I had to ask the girl behind the counter for a straw because there was only one in the dining room area.2. I had to go back a second time to ask for forks for the wings only to be handed spoons, and when I said something about it she says, oh...we don't have any forks and acted bothered because I even dared ask.3. The food was barely lukewarm. Not just some of it, but ALL of it. (Yes, even the curly fries. Shocker, I know!!)10 out of 10 DO NOT recommend.I think I'll stick with the one on Hwy 441 here in Dublin Georgia.
