Got the Reuben and it was more gristle and other various connective tissue than edible meat. I thought it was paper or plastic so I had to check; nope. This meat was scraped off the bottom of the barrel so hard they broke throughto the ground underneath. I threw it out the window because it was trash. Also the pepper poppers were underdone and themilkshake wasn't mixed all the way. Arby's, pay your employees more so they will feel compelled to do their job or fire them alland replace them with robots. I want my money back or an edible sandwich and I'm pretty sure one of those options is the onlyway I'm going to get one. 1 star for being open, one star for technically getting my order correct.

The first time it was life changing, but this last one was disappointing.

We ordered 2 number ones, half pound beef n cheddar one with curly fries and the other with crinkle cut fries. The wait did seem a bit long but i dont mind wait... read more We ordered 2 number ones, half pound beef n cheddar one with curly fries and the other with crinkle cut fries. The wait did seem a bit long but i dont mind waiting for good food, this WAS NOT GOOD FOOD. The meat on both sandwiches was tiny chopped up pieceswith barely any cheese at all. Both orders of fries were too crunchy to eat, like they had been way overcooked. We live outsideof Dublin and as soon as Iwe got home and seen the food I put into calling Arby's on 441, no answer. This is ridiculous. I workhard for my money and from now on I'll spend my money elsewhere. Oh and I do have video but it won't let me upload it

If the staff are this lazy and careless about fulfilli... read more This isn’t the first time I’ve received an incomplete order at the Arby’s location on I-16 and 441 South. If the staff are this lazy and careless about fulfilling my order, I’ll have to cross them off my list. I ordered a half-pound meal from the menu, but the fries were barely half a portion and the sandwich was small.
