Applebee's Grill - Dublin

I had a fantastic experience at this restaurant! The double-dipped chicken wings and ribs were beautifully prepared. The manager was incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home. I've enjoyed dining here twice in the dining room and also experienced curbside service two times, and both were excellent!

The food was great, and it took about 35 minutes to arrive. The waitress was very nice. I had ordered the boneless wings (which are endless), but I didn't receive any extras. They mentioned that they couldn't...

I don't believe the 2-star rating is justified based on my experience. However, I will say that this is one of the less impressive Applebee's I've visited. But then again, it is Applebee's.

Later, when I checked my bank statement, I saw that we were still charged. I have disputed the charge, and because of this experience, I will never return to Applebee's, not even for the free meal offered to veterans.

It seems that ever since the management changed and moved to Milledgeville, everything has gone downhill. My wife and I literally watched ten families leave after being ignored at their tables. I’m not exaggerating. The service we received was average, but seeing how others were neglected really left a bad impression on us.
