I was a regular and happy customer for a number of my years. I'll never go back again Automatically adding a tip to all card transactions at the bar. Wouldn't refund me when I asked about it. Portion sizes have gotten smaller and the price has increased. less arcade games than before tokens are more expensive. Overall a very poor experience from a previously good one. The only problem is the Dance Dance Revolution have extremely weak sound coming out from the console. (Which can be tuning louder) By that, none of a player can follow the rhythm and beat the step on the arrow board correctly. This issue should be rectify. Atmosphere: 4
