We went for Hanoi : 6 Course Tasting Menu €55 Portions are really small Plates are nice presented Waiting time is long btw dishes If you have a good appetite: refrain because you will be hungry when you leave Or take a basket of bread for €6 The waiters explain to you in 10 seconds what you have on the plate No time to understand what they're saying No server is assigned to your table We don't make you taste the wine before we've even poured you a full glass. We also do not come to refill water or wine when the glass is empty. One of the dishes (the fish) was barely warm Some dishes lacked flavor Interesting experience of having had a restaurant like that in Dublin but... disappointing, I wouldn't go back We were 2 and paid 148.50€ (Hanoi 6 courses basked of bread bottle of wine)

We went on Friday lunch for Hanoi menu. As a Vietnamese, I would suggest the first course is Mango Salad and Bun Rieu should be the third course. The food is nice and perfectly presented. One dish was salty but it depends on preferences. The staff is really nice. We booked with note as birthday occasion, the reception was very kind when she said nice thing to me which was much appreciated. Maybe just some handwriting greeting on a plate with chocolate sauce or a small piece of dessert would make it more special. I would give a 9/10 and would come back for more in the future
