Pizza Hut Delivery Drimnagh

Very disappointed with the service last night. I've never left a bad review before ever but Im writing this so pizza hut are aware and also for other people thinking of ordering here. I ordered delivery (pan pizza, chips and drink meal), after work yesterday and I wanted to pay card over the phone. The girl on the phone said I could only pay cash on arrival. The delivery man arrives with my food and doesn't have change for me! I'm sorry but I've never come across a delivery person before who doesn't carry change. I told him I wanted to pay card over the phone coz I never have change either and he said the girl who told me I couldn't pay card was lying! Eventually the delivery driver said he would go to a garage and get me my 3 euro change and I ended up telling him to forget bout it coz it felt awkward and uncomfortable by this stage. The delivery was already 4 euro but I ended up paying 7euro. I was tired and hungry and just wanted to get my food and go to bed after been in work all day. I'm sorry but every euro counts these days and I feel like it's more the principle of it than the money itself. I would often tip a delivery driver after paying the delivery charge, but I don't appreciate being coerced into it by a delivery driver turning up with no change and putting the customer in an awkward and uncomfortable position. The pizza I ordered was supposed to have double pepperoni on it and it had 5 slices, it was barely cooked and I threw most of it in the bin as it was inedible. I have never been more unsatisfied with a service in all my life and I will never order from here again.

Staff are great, place was clean and allergens clearly communicated. Tha ks for a nice meal!
