Drinks ok at average level. Starter (fish and chips )is good, looks good and taste good. Main dishes very disappointed. We wait for 30mins+ even 40mins for main and the waitress told us, because they want to make it fresh so takes longer. Such a good reason that we can 't say anything else. We went on Thursday night. I went to celebrate my birthday yesterday, I liked everything except the service, the service was terrible. We had already ordered starters and drinks, we were within the deadline, and we were pressured into ordering the main course with great impoliteness, as we were waiting for friends. We were in a group of Brazilian women and were treated badly by a Brazilian waitress. I politely asked about my birthday and she replied this is not Brazil for you to gain courtesy. We were all joking with her, and she was still snapping. Last year I went to the fire stack house for my birthday, and I noticed a huge difference. I was treated very well by the staff. I was embarrassed by this situation with my guests, but I kept trying to joke to break the ice and she was absurdly rude. ruined my special moment. The food is great, the atmosphere too. terrible service

Good food, terrible staff. My friend was ordering her food when the waitress started to scream at her in front of everyone! She was so embarrassed that she remained quiet but the waitress, who had been grumpy since we got there, threw all her anger on my friend for nothing!! I'll never come back to this place.
