This is the most unhelpful manager I have ever come across. The customer is disabled, broken hip, titanium pin in leg, needed to use the toilet, on the second floor. This manager would not help him to the second floor, nor would she ask any members of the staff to help him to the toilet. She called him names, rude, that he was not speaking proper English.
