The closest to a taco truck (taquero) in East L.A. that you're gonna get. They sell Jarritos, so you know they're authentic (July 2017). Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch View all feedback. What Geraldine Doren doesn't like about El Patron Mexican Street Food:
Only reason gave it one star is, the place was closed even though the sign on door says open Saturdays. Other folks were trying to get in too so we were the only ones. Don't know if the place is closed for good!!! UPDATE place has now reopened as a Brazilian restaurant called Tia Maria View all feedback.
