I don't typically go tk Panera, but I got a gift card for my birthday this year and I've been going occasionally to use it. The food is good. The portions are a nice size. The service is always great. It's nice to have a healthier fast food alternative too. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
The restaurant's quality has declined significantly in the past year or so. When I visited around 11:20 am, the display cases were almost empty with no bagels, only two sugar cookies, some croissants, and a cinnamon roll. When I asked the staff at the register if they had more bagels, they said they would have them tomorrow. This is the time of year when they should be showcasing their best offerings. Great experience with curbside pick up today. Guy bringing my food out to me was friendly, the food was ready on time and hot, and it was all delicious. Everything was accurate and super tasty. I will definitely return to this Panera.
The Mediterranean veggie made vegan was really pretty good! Just ask for no cheese and one of the vegan breads they have. (I had rustic sourdough. Super yummy.
This panera is flat from the fight. Staff turnover is super high and therefore food quality, order accuracy, cleanliness, friendliness and all business hours change daily. It is quite regrettable, but they should not accept mobile orders, only for customers to come to a closed business.
We usually stop at this location on our way out of Columbus multiple times a year. The staff is always friendly and the guy behind the counter today was knowledgeable…BUT I was NOT happy with the sign I saw behind the counter
We used to go to Panera at this location quite often. The service and environment at this place have deteriorated recently. I took my daughter to this restaurant for lunch today (11/7/21) at about 1:30 pm. We were going to order some sweets but then I noticed there were over a couple dozen small whiteflies buzzing around the pastries. I have never seen such an unappetizing display at Panera before. So we decided not to order any pastries. My daughter ordered a bowl of chicken noodle soup for $6.79. The soup she was given was almost all broth with barely 4-5 small spoons of noodles, chicken, and veggies combined. I was not expecting a bowl of soup full of noodles, chicken and veggies but, thought that was really pathetic. My daughter is just 5 yrs old but, this soup would not make her even 1/3 full. So I decided to talk to the employee behind the counter. She referred me to a guy. I showed him the soup and said to him politely the soup was just too watery. This was what he told me: “Well, according to Panera corporate policy, each bowl of soup has 3 ladles. This looks like 3 ladles of soup to me. So there is nothing I can do for you!” I said “Can I speak to your manager?” He then gave me a dirty look and replied sternly “I AM THE MANAGER!” I was basically speechless. He was the rudest person I have ever encountered at a restaurant. We will NOT be going back to this Panera again.
