Service was very good and they were very attentive and accommodating to one of our party who is dairy free. The atmosphere is relaxed and it's clear the food is cooked from scratch. I would recommend this restaurant! View all feedback.
What Rob Hunt doesn't like about Spice of India - South William Street:
This is the worst experience I have ever had. I really wish I could get my money back. It was very loud, disorganized and terrible overall. The waiters didn't know which tables belonged to them. The people there were incredibly loud, enough to visibly disturb everyone else, and nobody did anything about it. The food was badly seasoned and cooked. The portions were tiny. Never come here, never. It is a terrible hotel... View all feedback.
Food was good. Service was not great. Constantly asking rather than being approached. Other than that ok.
Average food, average atmosphere, grumpy staff. Overall an indian restaurant with uninspired and medium cooking. Dishes looked all kind of the same: some red to brown curry with something in it. We had to pay extra for your rice I have never encountered a restaurant before where you have to pay for your rice to add to your curry. Recommended only if all other restaurants in this area are too busy...
Standard Indian food well cooked at a reasonable price.
Excellent quality food, extremely consistent. Friendly staff and reasonable prices. Good vegetarian options.
Super Indian restaurant set in the heart of Dublin south side. Very accommodating, great staff, lovely food, very good value for money. A party of 8 , we all left feeling full, well nourished and content.
