Had a great afternoon tea here. Two of us had vegan and two vegetarian, both delicious. There were more than enough sandwiches and treats, but not huge remains, as we have seen in some places. The staff was really friendly, engaged with our children and helpful.
I had high tea and it was the best I have had in Dublin so far. The food was delicious, the service was great and attentive (special shout out to Inez who was amazing), and the atmosphere was relaxing.
I recently visited the Lobby Lounge and had an amazing experience. The service was quick and our waitress, Maria, was extremely attentive. We enjoyed some delicious and unique cocktails, with the bartender, Davide, offering detailed explanations of each one. The Creme Brulé made by the pastry chef was exceptional. Alex and his team took great care of us and I would definitely recommend this place. A must-visit in Dublin!
I arrived early before my room was ready and waited for 2 hours without being offered a menu or a drink. Two days later, my friends and I decided to have dinner at this restaurant. Unfortunately, we did not have a dedicated waiter and it took a long time to get one. When we finally did, we were asked for our food order before being given a drink menu, which was a bit strange. One of the drinks we ordered was incorrect, but our waiter insisted it was right. The food all came out at once, rather than in separate courses. Eventually, our waiter admitted the drink was wrong. The steak was cooked correctly but had a burnt taste. We ordered another drink, but had to do so from memory as a different waiter asked for the drink menu on our table before we were done ordering. Despite multiple interactions with different staff members, it was unclear who our actual waiter was. Our second drinks never arrived and we had to request our check and drinks before eventually leaving. The service in the restaurant was lacking and the truffle fries were not enjoyable. We would not return. However, the staff in the breakfast room provided excellent service with a smile, even dealing with difficult customers. The food there was also outstanding. The evening staff could learn from the morning staff in terms of service. The prices did not match the quality of the experience.
