One of my father's favorite restaurants. real French cuisine! the wine list is excellent and die in to taste their wine tasting evenings. there is atmosphere very French and feels authentic. the owner, a French man, makes it his business to meet the customers and ask about their experience, which is always a good one. this is a great place for a romantic dinner or just a casual lunch. note that they do not open on Sunday, which was often a disappointment when they pop by attending an event in the rds

I had the pleasure of meeting the wonderful Jacque at this restaurant today, who helped me with my wine selection. It was a delight to interact with such a knowledgeable and pleasant wine expert. This wine shop offers a fantastic selection and exquisite service. Thank you so much.

Where do I start… Having been a customer of FP for many years now I can soundly say that there is no better customer experience than going into the wine shop and being met by Jacques or any of his team. They engage and explain the simple things to a simple man like myself, if you actually ask the questions of what is from where and what is best, they don’t lead you to the highest price tag, they take the time in assessing your pallet and making some fantastic recommendations. Some work some don’t, that’s the beauty of wine! But they will help fine tune what you are looking for. Couldn’t recommend more, especially for those who like wine but have no **** idea on what exactly they are drinking!

We called in here without a booking and asked for a glass of wine. The staff were helpful and sent us upstairs where Julien was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He recommended a non alcoholic drink for one of the party who wasn’t drinking which they loved. Would highly recommend

I always have a fantastic experience at this restaurant. It's perfect for enjoying delicious food, great wine, and good company with friends in a pleasant atmosphere. The service is very friendly, the food is excellent, and they have a great selection of wine and bread. It's not too noisy either.
