The Bridge 1859 - Dublin

We called into the pub early afternoon shortly after opening time , to watch the football , we asked if it was being shown and they switched it on , no problem, we had a great choice of seats and plenty of screens to choose from .The staff were so helpful and friendly and the place was spotless and they were really efficient serving and keeping tables clean in between customers . It was really busy but very comfortable and we didn’t feel squashed in at all. We ordered the Southern Fried Chicken burger for lunch , and it was so delicious , the chicken was cooked perfectly , and the whole thing was so tasty , the fries were piping hot and we just couldn’t stop eating them , we were stuffed .It’s just a great spot for lunch or to watch matches . We will definitely be back.

Had a delicious fish and chips and server was friendly, but there were limited easy meal options and when my friend asked if she could only have one bowl chips, she was not told unless she ordered them with something else.

Great food and really efficient service. we found a table in a really packed pub.

Good Guinness. 3 taps for Guinness, they serve a lot of this amazing beer. Spacious area and outdoor seating.
