What User doesn't like about Sun Bear Gelato:
the Hazelnut aroma is ineffective. by far the best vegan ice cream I ever had. However, tourists are warned about dublin ice prices. two drawers put them back 4.80€ also the cone are vegan. View all feedback.
When we visited, there were four different vegan ice creams (Dark chocolate, vanilla, strawberry and lemon) and all were absolutely delicious! The employee is also very nice and part of the income goes to actual sun bears
3 vegan options : dark chocolate, hazelnut and macadamia nut. The last one doesn't have a lot of flavours but the first ones are delicious ! Friendly staff
When I visited the lovely owner had just developed a new vegan and sugar free vanilla flavor. It was my first vanilla ice cream in five years and it was SO good! The chocolate was also delicious but the vanilla was just to die for!
The hazelnut flavor is not very strong. This is definitely the best vegan ice cream I have ever tasted. However, tourists should be aware of the high prices of ice cream in Dublin. Two scoops cost 4.80€. The cones are now also vegan-friendly.
The restaurant, Sun Bear, offers amazing vegan ice cream options. During my visit, they had flavors like vanilla, strawberry, lemon, chocolate, and mandarin. The person who makes the ice cream is very friendly and pleasant to talk to. The location pinned on Google Maps is incorrect. The restaurant is actually located at the end of the road near Stephens Green. This review was updated on July 27th, 2022.
