I like this particular branch of McDonald's as it's not as large as many of the other branches that I have frequented and I have never had a substandard meal here. At peak times, with quite a number of meal delivery' guys and with the Drive-Thru also being quite busy, this can have an impact on the eat-in wait time. Overall though, a good experience. What User doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
Horrible service. Got my take away to later find out that the items were missing. Had to drive back 15 mins to raise the issue and surprisingly 5-6 other customers were raising the same issue of missing items. Coincidence? I’d say carelessness. Great service of the drive thru, was amazed my order was right, normally they go to the drive thru in naas and order always wrong, maybe staff and manager of naas should be up here and see how their jobs are doing right. I'll be fine.
Amazing and funny workers best mc donald’s experience ever! highly recommended.
Best service going, the managers and the workers are so friendly. Decided to go through drive tru, and ended up driving around 3 times to get even more food because of the staff themselves. Would recommend any time. Keep up the great service guys!!!!!
One of not many McDonald restaurant where they care about cleanliness. Of the many restaurants visited, in this was cleaned up after each one customers.
Very clean, staff were polite and friendly and the food tasted so fresh
