Always forget food in my orders. Staff are lovely but it's a pain when your child's nuggets are missing from their happy meal and you've to drag them inside after going through the drive thru. View all feedback.
Personal not friendly, orders are always wrong, there is always something lacking when they travel through and they notice when they come home.

Great mcdonald’s. clean and tidy inside they even have couches. we ordered a rather large and complicated order, but they have everything right!
Mc Donald's food has gone done hill in my opinion over the last five years and not just over covid. Some of the staff are friendly and offer some sort of customer service but unfortunately it is the case that the majority do not. As someone who works in retail a friendly sounding voice or a smiling face can enhance a customer experience every bit as much as the service being provided can and unfortunately this is in constant decline.
No great place to stop coming in dublin. cleanliness needs attention. Eating is not the best, the workers do their best.
